Stan Cohen is a 28 year resident of Huntington Beach, California. He has been a weekly columnist for the Orange County Register for 18 months and now writes for the Huntington Beach Independent of the Los Angeles Times. Stan is the 1996 winner of the Over 60 Legacy Short Story contest. His entry "Confessions of a Tax Collector" took first place with 12,000 entries.
